RI/Tax Analyst/13357

Position Summary: The Tax Analyst will review invoices and accurately determine tax treatment for the invoices. The support will be provided in a standard audit ready format. Duties and Responsibilities: Work efficiently and independently to review invoices. Make sales/use tax determinations. Document tax determinations in the standard audit ready format (Excel and/or Access). Manage invoices in paper and/or electronic format (Ariba or other).

Job Experience:

Skills and Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with an emphasis in sales/use tax and invoice analysis High School Diploma or GED Required. BA/BS in Finance or Accounting preferred. MBA accepted Public Accounting or CPA experience a plus Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Access is required Experience with Ariba is preferred Must have the ability to accumulate, organize, analyze and report relevant invoice and sales/use tax data Must possess skills in decision making, problem solving, project management and oral/written communication.
