We are currently searching for Day / Evening RN
supervisor to join our established team. The RN
Supervisor will be responsible for supervising,
managing, and delivering quality nursing care as well as
serving actively and constructively as a member of the
multidisciplinary treatment team supporting the
organizations and program s treatment philosophy and
ensuring the safety and well-being of the patients.
Requirements:
This position requires a current Alaska RN license as
well as either
an Associates or Bachelor s degree in Nursing. You must
be able
to demonstrate sound leadership skills and possess
skills in clinical
evaluation, decision-making, prioritizing and time
management.
Clinical and interpersonal skills and the ability to be
an exemplary
role model to others, as well as having the ability to
establish and
maintain effective working relationships in a variety of
clinical and
support teams are a must. Confidentiality is a must for
this
position. In order to perform this job, knowledge of
adolescent
growth and development is essential as well as skills in
applying
these concepts within a therapeutic treatment
environment.
Familiarity with management of therapeutic level systems
is a plus.
