Our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit has opening for a dedicated professional. This 16-bed, team oriented unit cares for a variety of cardiac patients, including: Post Cardiac Surgery (avg. 650 cardiac surgeries performed per year), post stent placement, cardiogenic shock, CHF and MI. We also care for patients on Balloon Pumps, Hypothermia protocol and on occasion, VAD (Ventricular Assist Device). Our RN to patient ratios are 1:1 - 1:2 depending on acuity and a average daily census is 9 patients.

Education: Associates Degree in Nursing or above.

License/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association. ACLS certified by the American Heart Association.

Experience: Must have at least 2 years Critical Care experience. Basic arrhythmia proficiency and CCRN preferred.

Part Time 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m. ACLS - American Heart Assoc. Required BLS - Basic Life Support American Heart Assoc. Required Oregon RN license Extended Shift - OT paid after completion of scheduled shift FTE .6 Minimum 2 years experience
