Facility: Concord Hospital at Concord
Department: Orthopaedic Institute - 6 East
Requirements: NH RN licensure and BLS certification required. **This position requires that you have the ability to lift &/or move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.**
Highly Desired: Bachelors degree, prior Orthopaedic experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities: Provide multidisciplinary care to the adult orthopedic and neurological surgical patient and work collaboratively to promote wellness approach to the patients care, education and rehabilitation. Must have ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, be well organized, have good communication skills and have strong multi-tasking abilities. Full-time Day/Night rotation
