The Registered Nurse is responsible for the development and implementation of direct resident care under the provisions of the Mass. State Practice Act. RNs utilize the nursing process and collaborate with the other health care disciplines to deliver holistic resident care; they assess and delegate appropriate assignments to LPNs and unlicensed personnel. Requirements include current MA RN licensure, CPR certification, psychiatric, medical, surgical experience, flexibility and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
