JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Outcomes Analyst performs a wide variety of reviews and special studies necessary for the Medical Staff and hospital departments to meet the Joint Commission and other regulatory agency standards. The Quality Outcomes Analyst assists the organized medical staff's participation in the measurement, assessment , and improvement of patient care processes by providing data analysis and committee support. This position facilitates the monitoring and evaluation of patient care and process improvement for various hospital departments and the Medical Staff. As a result of extensive reviews, the Quality Outcomes Analyst exhibits thorough knowledge of the growth and development needs of the neonate through geriatric populations.

One year process and performance improvement in a healthcare setting
