JOB DESCRIPTIONRVP, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (EAST REGION)
The overall responsibility of the role is to define and execute a strategy to develop and manage professional services engagements within the regional, corporate and global customers. This includes the management of revenue growth, engagement planning, staffing, quality and execution, client satisfaction and relationship management. This position leads a region of solutions focused professional services staff in the delivery of integrated print and document management solutions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MANAGE A LARGE TEAM OF DIRECTORS AND STAFF
Develop professional service strategy and portfolio of services with Executive Management Team.
Collaborate with Business Divisions /Organizations to establish complete professional services offering for all local, regional- major, enterprise and global accounts.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the professional services practice, helping to articulate and deploy the strategy as it relates to professional services, providing pre-sales and post sales consulting services to clients.
Develop strategic business support and guidance to professional services accounts and field organization as it relates to sales support and resource management (people, tools, methodologies, and processes).
Leverage and maintain local professional services resources, Business Divisions/Organizations and external partner/vendor relationships in order to meet customer demands.
Develop and attain the professional services revenue targets within the region.
Manage cost structure and operating expenses for respective region.
Develop accurate forecasting with market sales leadership.
Establish and maintain collaboration and alignment with Direct regional management teams.
Oversee the recruitment, development and retention of professional services, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Develop new techniques, models and plans to help attain company initiatives.
Travel throughout the Region (ME, VT, MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, and VA) is required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Four-year college degreepreferred or equivalent experience in a related field
8+ years relevant production print solution consulting and/or sales experience
Proven experience and working knowledge of managing successful and high performing professional services sales teams and processes
Proven technical background of professional services offerings
Proven history of meeting and exceeding quotas
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strong financial planning, operational execution, and leadership skills
Strong organizational skills and capability of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment.
