Our client, an established organization within the commercial real estate industry, is looking for an Analyst who can provide loan, appraisal and investment packages for acquisition or development of projects. If this is you or where you want to be then continue reading below. br   br Real Estate Analyst Job responsibilities include: br • Gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts.   br • Develops valuation, risk mitigation and other analysis to be integrated into information packages on specific projects.   br • Assists with origination of debt financing for properties owned by related entities. br • Collaborates on analysis of specific projects across multiple departments.  Identifies risk factors and works with Project Managers to mitigate risk for partners. br • Acts as a liaison to the development and property management departments to provide information on capital structure and related requirements. br • Works closely with legal and accounting departments to provide information requested and close equity transactions. br • Prepare monthly reports showing finance activity, investment performance, and projected cash flow. br   br For the Financial Analyst Job you will need: br • BA in Accounting or Finance br • Four or more years related experience or equivalent br • Proficient in MS Office – Intermediate use of Excel br • Experience in real estate, banking or financial services preferred br • Commitment to excellence and high standards. br • Acute attention to detail. br   br Perks for this role: br • Generous compensation and benefits br • Excellent work/life balance (45 hour weeks) br • High visibility role reporting to the Finance Manager and CFO br • Exposure to a wide range of projects br • Autonomy in role, vertical and horizontal growth br   br The Real Estate Analyst Job in Seattle, WA is an exceptional opportunity for you within an established and growing company.
