JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Quick casual restaurant concept committed to providing healthier food and beverage options is growing rapidly through franchise expansion and is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Manager to help this company achieve company and franchise development objectives. This role will be responsible for establishing development strategies by market within geographically assigned territories while interfacing with field representatives to ensure franchisees are ready to expand in the region. This collaborative role will report to the Senior Director of Real Estate and partner closely with purchasing teams, project managers, designers, construction, planners and professional engineers to ensure all locations are at company standards. This position is corporate office based in the Southeastern Atlanta area. Local candidates are highly preferred.
Qualified candidates will have three plus years' experience in real estate site selection and site approval preferably within a franchised multi-unit quick service or fast casual restaurant company or brokerage firms that provide service and support within that industry segment. Experience with approval of lease structures, business terms, rents and real estate committee approval conditions required. Qualified candidates will also need experience analyzing and evaluating data on a wide variety of real estate matters including feasibility studies and analysis and demographic variables to recommend sites for superior ROI. Candidates must have the ability to oversee and provide insight into the negotiations of leases, lease amendments as well as permitting and licensing issues relative to the construction and franchising process. Detail oriented, strong project management skills with proven problem solving abilities, and ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast passed tem environment. A Bachelor's degree is required.
