Job Description

JLL is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team on a premier financial account. The position can be based in Chicago, New York, Boca Raton or Columbus.

Job Summary:
Advise Clients on various aspects of Corporate Real Estate delivery. Act as Trusted Advisor that owns the process from idea to execution. Identify key priorities for each project and work to align organizational stakeholders and form overall program. Lead the project delivery team to ensure quality, speed, predictability and outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Relationship Management


Lead the client relationship/interface for the assigned business segment(s) and any additional initiatives assigned.

Establish a Trusted Advisor relationship with Client counterparts as an SME.

Coordinate work and/or approvals between other internal and/or external groups.

Program Execution


Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.

Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.

Manage the approval process for all assigned projects.

Executive Reporting


Provide regular Executive-Level dashboard or presentation reporting on project/program performance.



A Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent program management.

Experience and Education


Master s degree in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture or Finance, preferred.

Five years of related work experience in Commercial Real Estate, Project Management, Construction, or Transaction Management, highly desired.

Demonstrated client relationship management skills.

Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project.

Ability to work well in a demanding environment.
