* Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector organization is seeking a Receiver Exciter RF Test Engineer to be an instrumental part of Northrop Grumman's Operations Test Engineering Team at our Linthicum campus\.Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Troubleshoot digital and mixed signal prime mission hardware+ Support FTTTY \(First Time Through Test Yield\) and Hardware Deliveries+ Support technicians with troubleshooting and training+ Analyze test data and identify early trends+ Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions+ Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements+ Sensitivity to cost, schedule and quality as well as Northrop Grumman policies and procedures \(Command Media\) is imperativeThe successful candidate:
+ Will possess the ability to read and interpret schematics and block diagrams for Line Replaceable Units \(LRUs\) and Subassembly Replaceable Units \(SRUs\)+ Has an understanding of design and documentation of Automated Test and Test Work Instructions, and Interface Test Adapters \(ITAs\)\.This requisition may be filled at either grade based on the qualifications listed below

* Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

*
* + BS Degree in science, engineering, or other STEM\-related degree plus a minimum of 2 years of experience \- OR \- an MSdegree in areas described above with 0 years experience\.+ Background and working knowledge in RF theory and concepts+ Experience with the following test equipment:
scopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator\.+ The ability to read and interpret schematics and block diagrams for Line Replaceable Units \(LRUs\) and SubassemblyReplaceable Units \(SRUs\)+ Candidate should be self\-directed, organized, team oriented individual with the ability to effectively communicate andwork with manufacturing, test and engineering and design engineering\.+ The ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Level security clearance is required\. US Citizenship is required\.+ Interim Secret Clearance is required to start\. Secret Clearance must be obtained within 6 months of start\.
