The Part-Time Receptionist/Accounting Clerk is responsible for various clerical duties, answering a multi-line phone, performing accounting functions including light bookkeeping and processing accounts payables and accounts receivables.

. Answering a multi-line phone
. Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
. Processing Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
Qualifications for this Part-Time Receptionist/Accounting Clerk job include:
. Good keyboarding skills
. MS Excel knowledge
. Excellent verbal communication skills
. Basic accounting principles knowledge
. QuickBooks experience is a plus
Pay rate range is $10.00/hour-$13.00/hour based on experience.
