JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Growing company is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support their front desk. As a Receptionist in this fast paced office, you will be answering multiple phone lines and supporting staff in directing calls, transferring to extensions, taking messages and providing overall quality customer service both in person and over the phone to customers and vendors.
As a direct support to Management and sales teams, duties may include the updating of their company web-site, data entry, research and mailing projects, invoicing and others as assigned.
Qualified candidates need to have:
-A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional receptionist experience
-Have excellent grammar and communication skills, both oral and written
-Have a good working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
