PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.
The Customer Service Specialist s primary responsibilities are to handle phones and mail for PACCAR Financial s Corporate Office. This position interacts with all levels of PACCAR management and provides administrative support to various departments at Corporate.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Provide daily phone back up for PFC Senior Management
Maintain Corporate and Treasury Speed Dial List
Open and distribute incoming mail for Corporate and West Area Office
Record and handle incoming checks in accordance with Audit Controls
Prepare and distribute outgoing mail and sort Area Office mail
Scan insurance certificates to the Southwest Insurance Department
Provide back-up for daily sales report printing
Process Rate Request Approvals for Operations
Process Warranty Claims for the Marketing Department
Provide occasional administrative support for PFC Senior Management
Special projects as assigned
Pleasant and professional phone voice and manner
Team player with a customer service orientation
Self-directed with time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgement
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with senior management
HS Diploma Required
MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
