JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY This is a great role for someone who loves helping people. A successful Mira Mesa office is seeking a goal oriented, self-driven Receptionist to support the busy front desk in a long term position. The right candidate will provide support to management as well as representing the company to clientele that is passing through the doors every day.
Daily job duties will be include but not limited to greet and assist clientele as they come in, Answer, direct, transfer and accurately take messages for a multi-line phone system. Provide excellent customer service and general office support when necessary as well as basic office and clerical skills including faxing, data entry, and use of office equipment such as fax machine, copier, and printers.
Education requirements are a High School Diploma is required, Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
Qualification are working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, 40 WPM typing speed or better, polite phone etiquette using a multi-line phone system, and good, clear communication skills on the phone as well as in person; should be comfortable with initiating conservation with people of diverse ages and backgrounds. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
