Receptionist and General Office Administrator
Burlington, Massachusetts, USA

Location and team
KEMA is seeking a highly-motivated and dependable person for its corporate office in Burlington, MA. Responsibilities will focus on reception and office administrative duties. This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Tasks may include

- Answer phones and greet guests; ensure a positive visitor experience
- Perform all duties relating to the mailroom
- Maintain general office appearance, including daily clean-up of kitchen and common areas
- Prepare documents, presentations, and forms in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Effect travel arrangements and perform ad-hoc scheduling for senior staff and recruits
- General office duties as assigned; including filing, data entry, etc.

What we're asking

- 1-5 years administrative experience in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking skills; able to keep up on a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

This is a US-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. Local candidates preferred.
