JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY ? Greets visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
? The perfect person for this position would be upbeat and a contributor to a positive work environment.
? Answers telephone calls promptly and courteously; screens call; transfers calls to the correct individual; does not leave caller on hold or unattended for more than 30 seconds.
? Receives and sorts incoming mail, express envelopes and courier deliveries; distributes mail to employee mailboxes; sends emails to recipients of express envelopes and courier deliveries.
? Supports Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources with various clerical duties.
? Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
? Screen, monitor, respond to and analyze incoming memos, submissions, reports, etc. to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
? High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
? Human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers in person or on the telephone.
? Pleasant 'telephone voice' and cooperative attitude with co-workers.
? Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
? Professional appearance.
? Bi-lingual Spanish would be beneficial.
