Growing firm is seeking a receptionist. This position is best suited for an individual who is seeking a role and firm to grow with. This firm has been in business since the 70's with a focus on real estate developments, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and real estate brokerage. Receptionist functions include the following: Answering phones/transferring calls Providing superior customer service Greeting guests Preparing conference rooms for meetings Ordering office supplies Maintaining office equipment, fax, printer, scanner, etc Organizing and maintaining office files We support our employees by promoting from within.
