If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Receptionist for a great company! You would be greeting people as soon as they enter the office and also handling other administrative functions. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity to start within one week.  Compensation for will start at $13 per hour depending on experience. br   br As a Receptionist your duties will include: br   br Direct all incoming calls to the proper department accurately and in a timely manner br Greet walk-in clients, ensuring prompt service br Maintain front office area to present a clean and professional environment br Adhere to established safety, confidentiality, compliance and legal requirements br Perform other duties as assigned br   br You are the ideal candidate if you have: br   br At least one year of receptionist and customer service experience, two or more years of corporate experience as a receptionist is preferred br Excellent communication skills br Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task br Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel, word processing and spreadsheets is a plus! br Ability to operate various office equipment, such as desktops, copiers, fax machine and postage machines, effectively and efficiently br An outgoing personality and overly friendly demeanor br Must have reliable attendance and comply with company guidelines on attendance br   br Are you interested in this position and meet the requirements listed above?
