You will be greeting guests and clients of the company when they arrive at the office, as well as answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the correct department or person. Additionally you’ll be in charge of ordering office supplies for the company, as well as performing various additional tasks at request of other department managers. If this sounds like a position you’ve done before or have the skills to be successful at we want to see your resume! br   br The Receptionist responsibilities are: br - Greeting guests and clients that visit the office. br - Answering phone calls and direct those calls to the right departments and people. br - Gathering office supply requests and ordering those supplies for the supply room. br - Perform administrative support functions for a variety of departments, sometimes daily, or weekly or as needed. br - Sort incoming and outgoing mail for the company. br   br Your skills set: br - One year of experience supporting a company administratively, more experience is great too! br - Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft suite software a plus. br - Strong communication skills and a professional writing style. br - Reliable work experience and a positive, outgoing attitude. br   br But enough about us, we want to hear more about you!
