JOB DESCRIPTIONBeautiful office in Costa Mesa is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. Their Receptionist is being promoted to Administrative Assistant. The office is located close to shopping centers, local to freeways, and in a central area of OC.
- Greeting clients who walk into the lobby.
- Answering phones, screening calls, and transferring calls to proper party.
- Reviewing and distributing mail to correct departments.
- Reviewing invoices and matching them to the correct purchase orders.
- Mailing out cards to clients.
- Using the Pitney Bowes machine to process mail postage.
