JOB DESCRIPTIONPrimary Responsibilities:
-Provide professional phone etiquette in answering incoming calls and route calls appropriately
-Provide stellar customer service to our customers
-Receive customers & guests with warmth and professionalism
-Research customer issues and come up with a solution
-Handle weekly filing needs of the office
-Processing daily mail
-Interaction with vendors
-Inventory & kitchen maintenance including ordering of office supplies
-Provide support with general administrative duties such as copying, faxing, correspondence and special projects
-Provide support to Office Manager as needed
-Must have over the phone experience with a professional and engaging voice
-Must be detail-oriented and tech-savvy
-Team player with positive attitude
-Reliable and Punctual
-Organized and accountable for completing tasks by deadline
-Proper grammar usage for both written and email correspondence
-Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
