JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a full time Receptionist for a Real Estate Company in the downtown Orlando area. This person must have at least 2 years of front office experience, great communication skills, positive attitude, proficient in Microsoft office, and flexible with working hours.
As a Receptionist/ Administrative assisting you will be responsible for:
*Directing incoming calls
*Greeting/ Directing clients
*Assisting with email follow up
*Ordering office supplies
*Assisting with admin overflow (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
Salary is $13-$14 an hour, company will offer benefits after 90 days. Parking is paid.
