JOB DESCRIPTIONTelogis is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist who is the face and voice of our company at our headquarters in Aliso Viejo, CA. The Receptionist will support the front desk, offering the highest level of customer service from answering the phone and greeting guests to supporting the EBC Coordinator with hosting our largest customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals to gain experience in working for one of the fastest growing companies in Orange County. This is a part-time position: Mon-Fri from 8:00 - 1:00 pm each day.
You have 1-2 years of experience in a service-oriented role (i.e., retail or hospitality with a company known for service - Nordstrom, Ritz Carlton, etc.)
You are known for being highly detail oriented, incredibly organized, positive and professional.
You can solve problems on the fly even under highly stressful situations.
And, of course, you have excellent oral communication skills and telephone etiquette.
About the Job:
Ensuring our visitors and customers have an incredible experience at Telogis. This requires the following tasks:
Greet guests by offering them a beverage and ensuring they are connected with the appropriate Telogis employee or directed to the appropriate conference room for meetings.
You are not only the face of Telogis, you are also the voice. As the receptionist it is imperative that you answer and route all incoming calls, ensuring that customers reach the appropriate person, and providing effective judgments and solutions for improvements to processes and initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Receive and direct deliveries
Mail- pick up, sort, contact individuals if they have mail at the front desk, send mail to individuals if they do not work in this office.
Ensure the entrance, the Executive Briefing Center and conference rooms are kept clean and in perfect order.
Stock all snacks, beverages and supplies in kitchens and pantry.
