JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a friendly and charismatic receptionist to join the team! This position is open due to an internal promotion so there is room for growth for those with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within an organization.
Basic Skills/Duties include:
? Order and coordinate company lunches
? Data entry
? Basic MS Office knowledge: Word and Excel
? Maintain the appearance of the front office
? Order and maintain office supplies
? Greet and direct visitors
? Heavy calendaring
? Accurately take voicemail messages and distribute mail
? Ability to handle high call volumes
? Positive attitude with the willingness to jump in and take on additional tasks when needed.
? Minimum 2 years of experience
? Professional demeanor
? Bilingual is preferred but not required
? A customer service oriented mind set
? Must reside in Orange County
? BILINGUAL is a big plus but not a must!
This is a fun but professional office environment with frequent catered lunches and occasional team building activities.
