JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Seeking a High-level Receptionist professional for Winter Park location.
Duties (Including but not limited to)
' Answer phones and greet clients and agents
' Maintain supplies and office equipment
' Distribute mail
' Draft correspondence
' Create postcards and flyers for active listings
' Entering payables (no processing)
' Maintain some company social media accounts
' Scanning, Copying, Faxing
' Polished demeanor
' Excellent phone and customer service skills
' MS Office (specifically Word, Excel and Publisher)
' Able to type 40 wpm
' Able to be diffuse difficult calls quickly
' Able to work independently with little supervision
' Experience with database type programs
' Some real estate knowledge preferred but not required
' Common sense
' Some college coursework preferred
