This Receptionist Position Features: ? Great Pay to $30k Immediate need for a Receptionist at a Bay Area Pharmaceutical Start-up that is quickly growing and looking for career-minded people to join their dedicated team. The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a great first impression for guests on the phone and in person. The receptionist will have an outgoing personality to warmly greet and assist visitors, direct incoming calls, assist the team and executives, and help with general office and administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities: Answer telephone, screen and direct calls. Maintain employee and department phone directories. Check main voice mailbox and handle messages. Greet persons entering organization. Sort and distribute incoming mail, ensure timely processing of outgoing mail and overnight parcels. Order company lunches as well as kitchen and office supplies as needed. Ensure reception area is neat and clean. Provide administrative support to company employees with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, scanning/copying, filing, and expense reports. Manage conference room schedules and ensure timely attendance of meeting participants.
