JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Records Analyst
We are seeking someone with great customer service skills to handle vehicle and equipment rentals for a well-known company in the bay area. This will include company owned cars that are assigned to employees, as well as, additional vehicles needing to be rented from 3rd party companies. A person who enjoys providing exception customer service over the phone and understands invoices and monthly reports would be an excellent fit.
? Must have experience with rentals - Light Duty and Heavy Duty rental experience.
? IBM Computer Background
? Concur experience a plus.
? Understand rental terminology and different types of vehicles/equipment
? Strong Phone and customer service skills
? Proficient in Excel
