JOB DESCRIPTIONA well-known client of ours located in the heart of the Bay Area is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a valuable asset to this great organization you will get to assist the department on attracting/ sourcing for new talent. In this role you will get to, but not limited to the following:
?Identify qualified applicants
?Pre-screen resumes and assist with applicant phone screens
?Schedule interviews, and write offer letters for selected candidates
?Process on-boarding paperwork
?Support the hiring manager and selected applicants
?Ability to demonstrate your Microsoft Office proficiency
?Create and enter data on Microsoft Excel
?Payroll and benefit experience is highly preferred
?3+ years of experience in related field
?Lotus Notes experience desired but not required
?Familiarity to an HRIS system
?Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus
?High School Diploma and or BA/BS is preferred
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
