JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our clients in the Downtown Baltimore area. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, and excellent benefits.
-Identifying and attracting top talent in the administrative field
-Maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
-Provide weekly and monthly status reports
-Creating job postings
-Verifying professional references
-On-boarding new hires
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
-2 years of recruitment experience (Direct Hire, Administrative placements prefered)
-Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
-Excellent relationship building, consultative and collaboration skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, LinkedIn and other social media tools
