JOB DESCRIPTION- Responsible for supporting the clients Electric, Environmental and Engine Systems (ES) Organization for all US Domestic sites. - The ES Recruiter will be responsible for conducting targeted recruitment activity in support of discipline specific job requirements for both hourly and salary positions across all domestic US geographies throughout clients Organization. - Full-cycle recruiting support of business-priority/LDR-defined job requirements - Requirements intake and management with Hiring Manager and HR Client Managers - Strategic Sourcing of passive candidates and applicants through multiple channels/resources - ?Pipeline? passive candidate profiles, developing innovate processes for candidate management - Develop novel strategies to attract ?best-in-class? external talent - Augment Diversity-recruiting tactics - Record and report on monthly performance metrics
- BA or BS degree required - At least 5 years of professional recruiting
experience in either a Corporate or Agency-based organization - Proven
ability to identify and source exceptional talent into an organization
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, Pipelining applications,
and on-line recruiting resources (BrassRing or similar large ATS) - Prior
experience within a retained executive search firm highly desired - Outstanding
communication ability and working with a high sense of urgency - Demonstrated
efficiency with Time-management and organizational prioritization - Proven
ability to efficiently manage competing priorities - Customer-focused attitude
- Aerospace industry knowledge is preferred but not required- Drug Screen-
