Our Technical Recruiters find highly skilled professionals to fill temporary and permanent positions for our clients on a national level. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring technical consultants to work for Oxford at client sites. While this role involves a large amount of outbound phone calls and email, our recruiters find it extremely rewarding (personally and financially!) to connect people with life-changing job opportunities.
