Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience . 3 to 5 years recruiting a wide variety of professional positions. Extensive experience using a web based applicant tracking system, Taleo preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills Strong analytical, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and recommend staffing solutions. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with a diverse client base. Intermediate level knowledge using excel, PP, and word. Must have good, timely follow-up, strong consultative skills, be proactive, and customer centric. *6 month duration with the possibility of being extended. Strong corporate experience. ALL agency experience will not be considered.
Recruits, screens, interviews and recommends placement of candidates for administrative/operational, professional, technical and managerial positions from both internal and external sources. Posts hiring opportunities in applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools (i.e. ads in magazines, Internet portals or local newspapers) to initiate recruiting efforts. Maintains effective working relationships with a diverse talent network, including placement agencies, colleges, technical schools, and job fairs. Works closely with Sr Recruiters and Manager to ensure adequate coverage of staffing needs. Extends offers to selected applicants and may arrange for relocation when necessary. Keeps informed of developments in such areas as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general staffing practices. The level of work required is considered intermediate and staff must be able to work under general supervision. This job does not have any direct reports. Recruits for non-exempt, professional level, and management level positions; creates interview guides; conducts screening interviews; recommends top candidates. May support Sr. Recruiters or Managers in officer and executive recruiting efforts. Sources and screens job candidates to provide diverse, strong talent pools. Identifies qualified applicants for interviews, arranging interviews with hiring managers, administering pre-employment tests. Coordinates and leads data integration sessions with hiring managers. Sends out offer letters, ensures applicable background checks have cleared. Performs recruiting functions via recruiting software. Coordinates recruiting efforts with placement agencies including negotiation of agency fees, while building and maintaining productive relationships with external talent networks. Builds and maintains productive relationships with hiring managers, internal top talent and employee support groups. Completes recruiting documentation in a timely and concise manner (i.e. job posting activity spreadsheet, fill file folders, data entry, advertising cost per hire evaluations, etc.). Organizes and directs sourcing strategies for the bank dependent upon employment conditions and hiring needs. Works with recruiting team at on-site and off-site recruitment events including job fairs, college recruiting fairs, and trade shows. Leads small to medium size projects on behalf of the department or participates in larger Department and/or District strategic projects. Maintains accurate documentation for all candidate search activities to ensure a thorough audit, if required. Performs other duties as assigned.
