Mary Kraft is currently looking for a Recruiter for an opportunity at our offices in Hunt Valley, MD. This position requires a strong work ethic and a creative approach to problem solving. The individual in this role would be conducting recruiting calls for our Health Care, Insurance, and I.T. (Information Technology) staffing needs.Responsibilities:Working with our HR team and other personnel to staff positions per our clients' requirements.Recruiting candidates for various positions (from temporary to direct) in a multitude of industries.Working with the Staffing Manager to prioritize top staffing needs while being able to shift according to last minute requests from clients.Handling recruitment of potential employees for our clients from their initial screening to their first interview with a member of our HR team. Using various job boards, out-of-the-box thinking, and networking to locate appropriate candidate Qualifications:5 to 7 years of experience in Temporary StaffingExperience recruiting for I.T., Insurance, and Healthcare (strongly preferred)Experience working with a small business (preferred, not required)Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (equivalent experience may substitute for education)Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication skillsExperience with ATS systems
