JOB DESCRIPTIONRecruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. The role will require an understanding of position requirements, evaluating candidates' resumes against position requirements. Extends offers to selected candidates. Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries.
Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
Consults with the hiring manager to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
* Outbound calling for small business ownership opportunity
* Manage job postings, advertisements, and sales support
* Complete other projects/assignments as needed Candidate Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft products including Word and Excel
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks as well as work as a team to meet hard deadlines in a fast paced environment
