JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Recruiting Specialist with HR experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Responsibilities: building and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of candidates for sales and operations (billing, customer service and collections) positions using job boards, resume search tools, attending college career fairs and networking events. Qualify candidates for open positions by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens, scheduling in person interviews, conducting reference checks and scheduling new hire orientations at the corporate office.
o Minimum of at least a year 2 years of experience of full cycle recruiting in a fast paced office environment.
o MS Office proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
o Internet research abilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Demonstrate professional demeanor
o Organizational skills
o Ability to prioritize effectively
o Follow through and attention to detail required
o High school diploma or equivalent.
