JOB DESCRIPTIONRECRUITER - NORCROSS GA
Our client seeks a Recruiter in Norcross. The successful candidate will focus primarily on retained and contingent searches for sales executives, consulting practice leadership, technical roles, and other high-end positions for software, I.T. consulting, and pharmaceutical industry clients. At least 1 years recruiting experience and a 4 yeardegree are essential requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Recruit and Retain Top Talent
Partner with leadership to facilitate sourcing and staffing in locations nationwide and globally
Ensure positive candidateexperience throughout the recruiting process
Creatively source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
Ensure all recruiting activity is tracked and measured in candidate management systems
Analyze and project the talent requirements of the company and proactively develop the necessary talent pipe lines to ensure the future staffing requirements are met
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
A track record of successful recruiting at all levels, including direct sourcing of candidates for complex hard to fill jobs
Must be able to operate with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and must effectively deal with ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
Strategic, creative, purposeful business thinking, maintaining a strong focus on execution while managing multiple issues and projects
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demanding initiatives concurrently
This role will be a base + commission opportunity.
