Looking for someone who can get on the phone and do the high volume recruiting, hit their numbers, and talk to candidates in a positive and friendly manner. Very fast-pace environment. Go-Getter type personality.
Job Duties: Full cycle, client facing recruiting in a fast paced call center; he/she will be sourcing, screening and interviewing entry level, customer service agents for various clients. Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years of recruiting experience 1+ years? experience using MS Outlook, Word and ATS Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with call center recruiting or high volume recruiting Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Any experience with providing professional push back Social media sourcing experience is a plus Strong networking skills Ability to adapt to change quickly
