JOB DESCRIPTIONUtilize on-going pro-active, creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to recruit for and fill assigned positions. Recruiting methods may include internet and internal posting systems, advertisements in publications/newspapers, Applicant Tracking System, employee referrals, career/job fairs and open houses, networking, and other effective methods to locate and hire quality talent; Strategize and implement effective short and long-term recruitment marketing campaigns to create awareness and promote local and national branding; Partner, educate and consult with hiring managers on recruitment process, strategy and expectations, and work with managers to build an understanding of open positions and departments; Screen candidates utilizing behavior based interviewing and assessment techniques and present pre-screened candidates to management;
BACHELORS DEGREE IN RELATED FIELD; THREE TO FIVE YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING; or equivalent combination of education and experience; To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Internet Technology; Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
