Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

The person we re looking for knows the mechanics of managing high volume interview scheduling & delivering a high quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting and on boarding life cycle. The ideal candidate has a knack for providing great customer service to all those they interface with. He/she is someone who can manage a high number of work requests while preserving the critical attention to detail needed. The coordinator we re looking for has the core business skills to bring critical thinking, analysis and continuous improvement to the recruiting processes.

As an expert in the recruiting and on boarding process, the Coordinator will provide proactive guidance & communication to candidates, team members and hiring managers as it relates to the logistics, timing & legal requirements throughout the candidate and hiring manager experience. The person in this role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition

* Partners with the recruiter(s), and hiring manager(s) to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate recruiting & on boarding experience

* The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & on boarding processes. The core day-to-day operations of the Recruiting Coordinator consist of, but are not limited to:

* Assist recruiters and hiring managers with new hire requisitions, request for offers, and completed employment offer letters

* Advertise open positions to appropriate internal and external venues

* Schedule candidate interviews & logistics

* Manage candidate background checks through outside vendor, as well as employee re-verification's as required

* Complete the offer, hiring & new hire on boarding processes for new employees

* Manage new employee completion of Form I-9, employment eligibility verification and processing through E-Verify

* Uphold compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the hiring and on boarding processes

* Coordinate employee referral bonus and external referral programs

* Assist with additional projects as requested


* Minimum 3 years of coordinator experience with proven track record of results

* Prior experience with Workday Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

* Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality

* Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking

* Basic familiarity, or strong desire to learn HR best practices and employment law

* Demonstrates high degree of attention to detail, and excellent organization skills

* Proficient in use of MS Outlook & MS Office Suite

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred
