You will be working in the HR/Recruitment department and will be assisting with recruiting for executive level positions. This is a contract opportunity with a pay of up to $20 an hour based on experience. br br Your Job Responsibilities include: br ul
li Schedule interviews for executive candidates /li li Create a good experience for executive candidates that arrive for interviews /li li Assist with complex calendar management /li li Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements, as needed /li li Post job requisitions to applicant tracking system /li li Review and process electronic applications /li li Provide feedback to applicants to ensure accuracy of applications /li li Escalate any issues to HR Specialists, as needed /li li Work closely with staff members, applicants, and hiring managers /li li Other related duties and special projects as assigned /li /ul
br br Your Qualifications and Key Competencies for this job include: br ul
li 2+ years of HR or Recruiting experience, BA/BS in Human Resources or related field is a plus /li li Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel skills, excellent data entry skills, previous experience with applicant tracking systems /li li Ability to support multiple recruiters and executive recruiting associates who have competing priorities /li li Excellent communication skills /li li Ability to handle confidential information /li li Work well in a team environment /li /ul
