Job Description

Wyndham Vacation Ownership, The world's largest Vacation Ownership developer is looking for a Recruiter who can find the best sales people on the planet. Do you have the passion for building a best in class talent acquisition function that will attract the best closers to an award winning, record breaking team? Are you a creative thinker/doer who does not allow yourself to be boxed-in by narrow traditions or methodology?

You will be accountable for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of a successful, cost effective, state of the art recruiting function that will work closely with senior leadership and human resources to create solutions related to creative staffing and turnover with a sense of urgency.

There's a lot of work to be done. Here is just a sampling of what I expect you to do in your first year:

*Improve the recruiting process and the quality of candidates hired for Oceanside locations.
*Conduct a hiring needs analysis
*Develop short-term staffing solutions
*Conduct a process review
*Reduce time to hire
*Improve retention
*Upgrade internet recruiting
*Be the Brand Ambassodor
*Upgrade networking efforts
*Complete the new recruiter training and orientation program

Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
