The company has grown its business by more than 100%year on year, and is looking to hire Experienced Recruitment Consultants and Sales Leaders who have experienced fast paced, pressurized, meritocratic and high performance environments to join our New York team. We need individuals who are resilient with a "can do" positive attitude. Driven and determined to succeed and deliver results, who can work towards set targets or objectives and has demonstrable track record of achievements. This is a 360 role - sourcing/closing and delivering some of the top 1% of the Global Talent pool for permanent and consultancy roles for a number of our clients, which include some of the most recognizable and prestigious firms across the Globe.
With a culture that promotes from within and believes in an organically grown environment, the recruitment consultant is a step towards progression into Senior Consultants, Team Leaders, Account Managers, Team Managers, Business Managers and Directors while at all times having clear and defined career paths set against goals and objectives.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Bachelors degree and 0-2 years of experience in a recruitment or sales environment
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities
Extroverted and strong character, curious in nature with strong moral and ethical values
Demonstrated track record of achievement - sporting, academic, work, hobbies and interests
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think and work by themselves when required
Ability to multi-task, and strategically plan and manage their own days and activities
