Recruiter - 3-5 Years Experience Needed

Immediate need for a Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience..... Bachelors Degree RequiredA well known company in Philadelphia, that has been servicing the city for over 150 years and is partially city owned, is looking to add a Recruiter at their Corporate Office. This position is a temp-hire opportunity, paying between $17-18/hr while temping- salary would be in the low $40K once perm. This is great opportunity for somebody who has 3-5 years of solid recruiting experience. For this position a Bachelors Degree is required. This is an immediate need! The ideal candidate for this position should have somewhere between 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Should have experience staffing for professional, hourly, skilled labor positions and have worked with applicant tracking systems. Candidates need to have worked closely with various hiring managers. Responsibilities for this position include coordinating hiring needs with the department managers, indentifying, interview and screening candidates for positions and assisting with on-boarding. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for a position from start to finish. Must be able to jungle the responsibilities of trying to fill multiple jobs at once. Candidates interested in this position should have good multi-tasking skills, work well independently as well as with others, and have strong verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
