Foundations headquarters is located just outside of
Nashville, Tennessee, in the beautiful city of
Brentwood. In the corporate office, you will find FRN s
Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology,
Accounting, Business Office Services, and Admissions
Center. Each department plays its part in the support of
our facilities, so that the attention can be where it
should be: on the patients. Not only does the corporate
office support our facilities, but Foundations is

FRN is currently seeking a Referral Account Manager, to
be responsible for developing and growing accounts with
new and existing referral sources by establishing
relationships with referrals and serving as their single
point of contact for patient-centered communication and
activities. Due to the nature of the business, this role
will require 24/7 concierge type of service with
accounts that may involve handling calls at night and on
weekends when necessary. This position will be located
at Foundations Recovery Network s Corporate Office
located in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Individually accountable for overall account health in
both increases and decreases in business activity and
admissions
Accountable for achieving monthly performance metrics
Generates, guides, and leads independent discussions
with referral sources for customer support, conflict
resolution, and business development with other
treatment and healthcare professionals
Prospects dormant accounts through existing databases
and from cold calls
Initiates and makes site visits to other treatment
programs
Participates in professional weekends, lunch and
learns, conferences, and other professional events with
the purpose of marketing FRN
Responsible for answering and responding to all
referral calls and emails within 12 hours of receiving,
unless arrangements have been made otherwise
Responds and reacts to the needs of referred patients,
both during and after business hours
Responsible for communicating with the corresponding
Business Development representative of an assigned
account whenever appropriate
When outside of the office, will have access to our
medical records software, TIER, and is expected to
update TIER files in a timely fashion whenever necessary
Participates in a rotating schedule to respond to
emails generated by Admissions Coordinators after normal
business hours
Independently assesses family needs for mediation,
sober escort, and intervention and
determines which professional resources are most
appropriate to contact based on information gathered
Empowered to make admission decisions concerning which
Interventionist and facility to recommend, the dates,
and the travel

and addiction treatment and administration

Must have strong working knowledge of a variety of

Must be available to take calls and work with referral
sources and families during non-office hours
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor s degree
preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in
transactional/relationship sales required, not customer
service
Experience in the alcohol and drug field or
psychiatric treatment field highly preferred
