JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are adding a sales leader to manage a team of 6+ Account Managers that call on Enterprise and Commercial accounts (primarily) in New York metro and New Jersey. This sales team engages with end users in selling activities, as well as channel partners for fulfillment and additional paths to market. Travel is typically 50% but no day is average. We are a fast-paced, solution sales environment. The people you will work closely with have a proven track record of success in delivering results utilizing all company resources effectively and efficiently. Our leaders are strategic and tactical. They are dynamic and engaging. They motivate their teams, inspiring innovation, initiative and an ability to work independently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES
* 3-7years of technologysalesexperience managing sales teams
* Experience leading others to meet and exceed measurable sales and revenue goals
* Demonstrated levels of dedication and ownership required to succeed at start-up speed
