Job Description: Regional Managers are responsible for overseeing the business development efforts of Mortgage Advisors. Develop and manage Real Estate Relationships within the region in accordance with PHH policies and procedures while maintaining quality sales and customer service objectives. Maintain adequate staffing levels to achieve the production goals and objectives of PHH and the Region.
