JOB DESCRIPTIONSuperior Group is hiring a Regional Manager to provide leadership and oversight of sales and operations for 2 branch offices for a premier residential real estate firm. Reporting to the GM, this role will successfully create and execute strategic plans and tactical approaches aligned with business objectives.
You will be responsible for:
Effectively managing branch P&L to ensure financial goals of the branch are met,
Recruiting new sales agents, and building and leading high performance teams,
Identifying revenue-generating opportunities,
Driving growth, successfully implementing change, and achieving aggressive business goals.
As a respected team leader, the Regional Manager will grow and sustain a culture of teamwork, respect, and inclusiveness through employee development, participative leadership style, open communication, and approachability.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in residential real estate sales experience
3+ years of management experience providing strategic operations/team leadership of cross-functional teams across operations, sales, finance, marketing and compliance.
3+ years of strategic planning experience developing and implementing value propositions, client relationship models, and business growth strategies
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in Sales Program Development with a focus on increasing revenue and profit growth
Experience with employee training effectively creating and delivering technical, sales and client relationship management training to sales team
