Area Management

Secures an excellent, smart and efficient coverage of the area by the team of musketeers

Builds and maintains relationships with key on premise partners within assigned area

Spends a minimum of 4 days a week in the field with his or her Musketeers

Dresses appropriately and professionally for each occasion

Partnership agreement payments and budgets are properly managed

Maintains professional and appropriate conduct during day and night visits

Administration is accurate and timely

Competitive analysis

Recruiting And Hiring

Seeks out and engages continuously potential qualified candidates that best fit the Musketeer profile

Screens applicants based on resume and referrals, asks relevant questions during interview process

Assesses candidates on both substantive answers to interview questions as well as overall communication skills and presentation

Training, Coaching, Motivating, And Assessing

Guides, trains and leads Musketeers toward desired outcome

Reviews the Musketeer's skill set and gives development areas in writing

Properly coaches Musketeers based on observed strengths and opportunities

Inspires and encourages team's success through various actions

Sets Objectives, Plans, Organizes, Directs, And Manages

Strategically manages team to execute RBNA strategies and achieve goals

Manages team to drive horizontal and vertical growth

Analyzes the region and account specific data to understand key business drivers

Manages team to ensure on premise account staff understand the brand, Red Bull Perfect Serve

Ensures accounts are properly serviced by Musketeers in order to drive increased sales

Ensures premium on premise activation and High 5 execution at third party events inside on premise venues

Leverages global and national activities/events in the right venues

Strategic Business Planning And Execution

Ensures short and long term strategies and activities are consistent with RBNA guidelines

Allocates resources to achieve the highest return on investment. Continuously improves the $/case spending

Assiss in developing business plan and budget for BU

Monitors market trends and maintains data on competition

High Five Execution

Visibility: ROPM works with Musketeer to ensure visibility is staged perfectly to optimize sales

Menu Placements: ROPM works with Musketeer to ensure Red Bull products are listed as per RBNA guidelines on each menu as a stand-alone beverage and as part of a cocktail

Perfect Serve: ROPM works with Musketeer to ensure a cold Red Bull can is given to consumer when ordered as part of a cocktail or as a stand-alone beverage

ROPM works with Musketeer to encourage the optimum price for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails in all managed accounts as per RBNA guidelines

Consumption Activation: ROPM works with Musketeer to sell in appropriate consumption activation tools and communication pieces

Implements National And Regional Business Plans

Communicates strategies to team in an effective manner

Demonstrates belief and conviction in plans

Assesses regional goal and develops individual Musketeer goals

Relationship Building Activities

Engages with customers in a professional Red Bull manner to build successful business relationships

Seeks out other influential on premise relationships

Develops and implements incentives and activities for key customers


Effective communication with RBNA, customers, and distributors

Works as part of the team to ensure execution against key events and activities

Builds the image of the brand through customer interaction and style



* Strong on premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in the scene * Recommended 3-4 years sales experience with a strong track record of success * Recommended 2-3 years of management experience (in the on premise beverage industry is a plus) * Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate * Excellent communication and active listening skills * Creative, solution-oriented mindset * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Fully understands and embraces the Musketeer profile * Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Bachelor's Degree preferred

Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
