The Regional Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the physician practices in a designated geographical area. Is responsible for the supervision of all employed non-provider, non-exempt and non-clinical practice staff. Serves as the primary communication link between the practices and Bronson Battle Creek. The Regional Practice Manager is responsible for creating and achieving practice and organizational goals. Masters in Health Care Administration or related field, preferred. Five to Seven years experience related to physician practice management experience required. EMR implementation experience, preferred. Full time 80hrs/pp 1st shift
